Breakfast .  Many small delicacies, whether sweet, salty or savoury. From the kitchen, directly from the buffet or freshly prepared by Florian. A good mix of served breakfast and do-it-yourself.
From 7.30 am to 10.30 am.

Dinner . Taking time for really good food. Creative, seasonal and fresh from the garden. In the evening, choose between two menus and put together your own individual 5-course tasting menu. Perhaps you would like to try our "Specials for two". Here we still fillet and carve "old school" at the table.
From 6.30 pm - 9 pm.

Lunch . A cosy lunch in the garden or in the dining room, fresh, seasonal, a bit of Italy or more South Tyrol. We think both are great and love the combination. (will be charged extra)
From 11.30 am - 2 pm.

Afternoon . Don't worry! If you can't wait until dinner, we've got you covered. We serve homemade cakes, small dishes and ice cream sundaes with lots of love. We're also happy to serve them directly to your sun lounger. And if you miss the smiling colleague from the service team, don`t worry, luckily there`s our ordering app. (will be charged extra)

Brunnenhaus.Spa . Hidden as a green hilly landscape is our new wellness area in it, the Brunnenhaus.Spa. We are not the only ones who think that it is a good place to switch off. The jury of the international architecture competition Ahead Award also chose the Brunnenhaus.Spa as the most beautiful wellness facility in Europe.

Pool. Or rather "pools". Because with us you have two to choose from. In the new "Silence" natural pool, it's outdoor swimming in the "adults only" area. The existing indoor-outdoor infinity pool is for everyone. Families, children, adults, generations. Both pools are heated to 28°-34° depending on the season.

Sauna in the mound . This is also possible with us. For example, "bio" sweating in the clay sauna (60° degrees). The wellness area also includes a Finnish sauna (85° C) and a steam bath. A good mixture, we think. Daily infusions at 5 pm & 6 pm.

Retreats . Indoors or outdoors. Our new wellness area offers space. No noise and no crowds. Filling up with Vitamnin D on a lounger, watching the apple harvest. Yes, you can do that with us. Or snuggled up in your bathrobe reading a good book by the fireplace. Everyone will find their favorite place here. Promised!

Treatments . Our girls with the magic hands - with them you can let yourself go. Whether it's a massage or a beauty treatment, you're sure to relax.

Workouts, yoga & meditation . Every day there are different units in which you can participate free of charge. Daniela, Melanie & Tobi take care of each individual. It's worth getting up!

Room for me . Our new yoga & movement room is available to everyone outside of coaching times and can be used for your very own relaxation or movement session. A "room for me".

New fitness room . A small but nice place to work out. Equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, it will inspire even the biggest sports fan...;) Secluded from the hustle and bustle of the farm, you can work out here every day from early in the morning until the evening.

Biking . Straight from the hotel. Yes, that is possible! Along the Passeiertal Valley cycle path. And the hotel's own bike rental is free of charge. Except e-bikes, which are almost free and we can organize for you.

Hiking . Directly from the hotel, on the Maiser Waalweg or high up in the Hirzer hiking area. The cable car tickets are available at a reduced price at the reception. Guided hike once a week and morning sunrise hikes in summer.

What else is there to do . Play tennis for free. The journey to the course can take place comfortably with the hotel's own golf cart (2 minutes). A tandem paragliding flight from Hirzer landing on the flower meadow next to the Apple Hotel. Fishing in the Passer River, only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Or a round of golf at the golf course in S. Martino/St. Martin. (reduced green fees for our guests)

Not only experiencing, but living. In the parlor, the garden, in the kitchen or in nature. Our weekly program offers variety. Wine tasting at the vineyard, farm tours, guided hikes, winzertalk, guided tours of the manufactory and much more... You are welcome to be surprised!

Garden concerts . Once a week we celebrate the life together with our guests and friends. Outside in the garden, under the trees, with romantic lighting and most importantly with enough stocks of the world's best cider cocktails. Of course, cool music shouldn't be missing either. Every week other easy-going musicians drop by. We talk about these moments & draw on them for a very, very long time. They have a magic that must be experienced. And want to be there?!

Barbecue evenings à la Torgglerhof . We want to take advantage of mild summer evenings in the garden. And grilling is just part of it. Perhaps because it has been a tradition at the Torgglerhof for years. But if we're being honest, our chefs also love chatting with you directly from time to time ;-) (June-September)

Sunrise hike . Granted, struggling to get out of bed so early takes a lot of motivation, but it's worth it. Promised! In the darkness of the night, the flashlights flicker towards the mountain peak, where we will immediately forget all the effort of the ascent. Because as soon as the first rays of sun rise behind gigantic mountain peaks and warm our faces, the atmosphere becomes magical. Snuggled up in thick jackets, we enjoy the spectacle of nature, drink tea and eat a piece of quark cake before heading home again. (June-September)

Törggelen with a difference . Not at the table, but comfortably in a deck chair. We serve the roasted chestnuts in the afternoon. Of course, one thing should not be missing: a glass of "Suser". So to say, "wellness as the farmer likes it best"... (October-December)

Skiing: We are not on the slopes, but we make no secret of it. There are small ski areas in the vicinity, some close, some very close. Easily accessible by car.

• Pfelders ski area | 26 km away | small & familiar | equipped with the newest lifts | snow security
• Ratschings ski area | 31 km away | the largest of the 3 ski areas | straight from the car to the slopes

Hiking: In March you hike on lonely paths in the Passeier Valley. Just nature and yourself. And that's exactly what makes this time of the year so attractive. There is not often snow directly at the hotel. But at an altitude of 1,500 m. Ideal because you can do both; first spring hikes in the valley and winter hikes in the mountains.

Visit Meran: A city that is worth seeing in every season. Due to the Mediterranean climate, spring arrives earlier than in some places. Very good, because that's exactly what we love! First walks on the promenade or soak up the sun on the Tappeinerweg. Strolling around is also fun at this time of year because the first spring goods are arriving and you don't have to worry about things being snatched. Speaking of spring, in Merano it already starts to bloom in mid-March!

Come home: Because the Torgglerhof is also really beautiful. Relax in the wellness area, swim in the 34 ° warm water, sweat in the various saunas and, if you are tired of spring, we recommend filling up with vitamin D in the garden. That will definitely help.
