A come-as-you-are
kind of farm

Modern wine shop with wooden shelves filled with bottles and rustic decorations on a table.

Farm shop & wine bar

Part store, part tasting room, part treasure hunt and hangout. Expect farm-made goods, local flavours, pretty finds, good chats – and yes, wine. Lots of wine

SPA & wellness

Nature outside, calm inside. Our Day Spa packages are for anyone wanting a reset – no overnight stay needed.

Private SPA

Because sharing is overrated. Book the entire spring house for yourselves: pool, sauna, steamroom, sweet treats, quiet, cosy, candlelit, Prosecco-equipped. Your night, your rules.

An outdoor table with food and drinks, someone pouring wine, a smiling woman in the background.

 Picnic in the vineyard

We heard it through the grapevine: you were looking for a romantic spot – and our Pinzgauer cab will take you there. Waiting for you in our vinyard: a fully loaded picnic chest with hearty snacks, sweet bites, and a bottle of wine born from the very vines you're lounging under.. So… wine not make a date out of it?

Hof(cool)inary
just for you

Once Upon a Table

Seven courses, one perfectly set table and our chef all to yourselves. Markus leads you plate by plate through garden, woods and season. Dine on the veranda overlooking the green, or retreat to the rock-walled dining room on moodier days. A fairy-tale feast for a tiny tribe.

Plenty going on every day – but these weekly moments? They‘re our farm highlights.

Flower wreath workshop

Resident florist Martina gathers the blooms in our very own flowerbeds, you work the magic: snipping, twisting and tying together. Fresh flowers, dried florals, crafty chaos – under Martina’s wing, you create two beautiful, handmade wreaths to take home.

 Bunker & bottles tour

Hop onto the Pinzgauer cab and head to our military bunker. Down there: underground tunnels, headlamps and our most prized bottles which we guard like treasures. Back at the farm, our Wine Crew pours, toasts, spills stories and swirls you through a lineup of South Tyrolean wines. So what are you waiting for? That bunker won't empty itself.

Cellar sessions

Martin turns apples into cider, patriotic underdogs into label legends, grapes into seriously good sips and fingerprints into bottle art. A cellar session that dives deep into barrels, bottles and our craft – and pulls you back up with bubbly pours. Hard truths on the table, soft tannins in the glass. Cheers!

 Meet the vinter

The chill way to get wine-smart. Each week, a different winemaker drops by our farm shop, uncorks their favourites, spills a few cellar secrets and casually upgrades your drinking skills. Easy-going, educational, delicious – right in that order. Sip & talk your way through Friday night.

 Live under the weeping willow

Two people singing and playing guitar outdoors against a green backdrop.

Garden concert

Yes, our garden also doubles as a stage. Music on, garden gate open! The highlight of every week: live tunes among the trees, our favourite South Tyrolean artists and cocktails from an outdoor bar that rolls on three wheels. Guests spread out across the lawn, some dancing, some lounging, all smiling. When? Once a week – evenings in summer, afternoons in spring and autumn. The weather decides the schedules.
