So here's our shortcut to everything you might want to know upfront, nice and tidy, all in one place. And if you still can't find your way out: our reception ladies will gladly rescue you. · from 16 years & each additional adult: 25% discount

Please note: Children's rates and discounts are based on two full adult rates per room, even when only one adult is travelling with one or more children.

Of course your four-legged friend can join you for your farm stay. However, we only accept a limited number of dogs at the same time, so please mention your furry friend in your request. A dog bed and bowl will be waiting in your room. For morning and evening walks, the Irrigation Channel trail starts right outside the farm – huge stick selection included. Your pup can join you in the bar, the garden restaurant, on the terrace and on the lawn near the apple trees. The dining room and pool area remain reserved for two-legged guests. If you’d like to dine together, please let us know in advance: dog-friendly seating at the bar is limited.
The price is 30 € per dog/day – food not included.

Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. After that, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.

Early departure
In case of early departure, any unused days will still be charged.

Travel insurance
As unexpected things can happen, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.

Single occupancy supplement
For single occupancy, we charge a 30% supplement on the regular per-person rate of the room.

Yes, we do. We’d be happy to pick you up from Merano railway station (free of charge) or arrange a transfer from Bolzano airport or Bolzano railway station (price on request). Just let us know when you book. P.S.: Don’t worry – the little Ape pictured stays where it belongs: at the outdoor bar, not at the train station.
