We got to admit: We love a good phone call. But we also know the internet's a rabbit hole – we fall in all the time. So here's our shortcut to everything you might want to know upfront, nice and tidy, all in one place. And if you still can't find your way out: our reception ladies will gladly rescue you. · 1–2 years: 35 €
· 3–5 years: 60 €
· 6–9 years: 95 €
· 10–15 years: 115 €
· from 16 years & every 3rd adult: 25% off

Of course your furry friend can join. However, we only accept a limited number of dogs at the same time, so please mention your four-legged buddy in your request. In the bar area and on the terrace, dogs are welcome for dinner too – but only with prior notice, as the spots are limited. The price is 30 € per dog/day – food not included.

Cancellation
Up to eight weeks before arrival: free of charge.
Within the last eight weeks: we unfortunately have to charge 100% of the total stay.

Early departure
Unused nights must be charged – even if you have to leave early.

Travel insurance
We strongly recommend getting travel insurance.

Single occupancy
When using a double room as a single, we charge +30% on the per-person rate.

Yes, we do. We're happy to pick you up from Bolzano Airport or the train stations in Merano or Bolzano. Just let us know when you book. P.S.: Don’t worry – the little Ape pictured stays where it belongs: at the outdoor bar, not at the train station.
