What we‘re truly made of

Let’s keep it simple: It’s the people. The moments. And all the little things in between.

Here's to us
& to life!

We are family!

Mali

The queen of busy

Spotted a green watering can? Then Mali's got to be closeby. She's everywhere and nowhere, all at once. Except at breakfast – there she’s glued to her slicer, turning speck and cheese into fine art. And when she's not slicing? She's probably sipping her next cappuccino. An all-day engine powered by caffeine!

Sepp

The one-man show

He does it all: chatting, listening, carrying plates, staying young, cracking jokes – and yes, also flirting. His natural habitat is somewhere between the farm and the garden, but his favourite spot is under his beloved weeping willow. Just not after 10:30 pm. Then he's done for. Lights out, end of show!

Martin

The maker-mind

Always one idea ahead and one Vespa ride away. The tinkerer behind all our Torgglerhof treats, constantly brewing, building, planting and plotting, beating for both farm and hotel. He dreams up the Torgglerhof bottles, digs in the garden, handpicks the service smiles, dives into barrels only to reappear in the office with a fresh new idea. Don't expect him to sit still – the next project's already calling his name.

Maria

The do-it-all dynamo

If multitasking were a sport, Maria would win gold. She runs on sunshine and to-do-lists, spreads good vibes, entertains the family, chats with guests, snaps photos, updates Instagram – and somehow turns every spontaneous curveball into something that looks totally planned. She keeps things rolling and everyone's mood up. All at the same time.

Christian

The deep-dive guy

Used to run the kitchen, now runs the backoffice, budgets and building sites. He prefers big thoughts over small talk, but when he does join the table, he ends up in the longest late-night conversations. Dry humor at first sip, surprisingly sparkling by the second. Christian rarely thinks straight; he prefers the twisty, tricky, interesting route. And when Chef Markus' ideas start boiling over, Christian is back at the stove before anyone can blink. Old flames, you know.

Julian, Lea
& Jacob

The tiny trio

Maria's and Christian's offspring. Lea is Grandpa Sepp's e-bike sidekick, Julian runs his very own kids' bubbly bar. And Jacob? Fresh out of the nest and already everyone's favourite armful. Small crew, big impact, future management material.
